Recommend reviewing the order multiple times over and not rush through an order, simple mistakes that wouldn’t make sense will not be noticed by the seller. My fault for rushing, but I’ve had other sellers who verified the inscription. Otherwise the item is great

Beautiful custom product. But I cannot recommend this seller. The item was shipped before allowing me to see the final version. Consequently, it arrived with an error and the backing was off. The backing is an easy fix but the error in the wording makes this gorgeous gift unusable. The seller refused to remake it and insisted I was difficult. They were very rude. If I had a chance to review the final version before they shipped it, I would have caught the missing word. I’m so upset that I no longer have this give for my boss. 10 of us worked together to find the perfect gift. TLDR;beautiful craftsmanship, terrible customer service. If you do use this shop, make it clear that they are not to ship it until you’ve approved the final version. The craftsmanship and materials are as described.
